1. What KoFound is, right now

KoFound is a Shopify affiliate marketplace connecting brands with creators, currently in pre-launch. The website lets you join a waitlist and contact us; it does not yet provide a working marketplace, dashboard, payout system, or Shopify integration. Any description of planned features on this site is exactly that — planned, not currently available — and is not a guarantee of a launch date or of any feature shipping as described.

2. Joining the waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and is not a purchase, a subscription, or a contract to use the future product. It does not guarantee you access at launch, priority, or any particular outcome. We may change, pause, or end the waitlist at any time.

3. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• submit false or misleading information in the waitlist or contact forms;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Pakistani law.

4. Fees, once the marketplace launches

The pricing described on our Pricing page (no upfront cost, a platform fee only on a verified sale) reflects our current intended pricing model for the live marketplace. It is not yet in effect: no fee is charged today, because no marketplace transaction currently exists on this site. When live transactions begin, fees will be processed through a licensed payment gateway for Pakistan, and this section will be updated to name that processor and reflect the actual, binding terms at that time. 5. Intellectual property

The KoFound name, logo, and the content of this site (except content you submit to us) belong to KOFOUND. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

6. Third-party services

This site relies on third-party infrastructure — Cloudflare for hosting, EmailJS for contact-form delivery, Vercel for analytics, and (for future payments) a third-party payment gateway. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by those providers, though we choose them carefully and will address problems as they come up.

7. No warranty

This site and the waitlist are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOFOUND is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops, particularly once the marketplace and payments launch. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
